Ranger's Black Embossing Powder creates a raised finish. Simply use a well-inked stamp to print the design. Generously sprinkle powder on image before ink dries. Tap off excess powders and return to jar. Hold design over heat source until powder melts. Don't forget to buy a heat gun with your powders!
